Tom Calvaneso

Tom Calvaneso has been in real estate since 1992. Prior to this he was a flight attendant with American Airlines and going back even further he was the youngest lieutenant ever appointed to the Buffalo, New York police department. He brings with him a long standing commitment to “serve and protect” your interests.

Clients seem to most appreciate his aggressive negotiating style and his high accessibility. He will tell you right up front that his objective is NOT to sell you a house. He has a higher goal: he wants to turn you into a “Raving Fan.” He is proud to tell you that about 90% of his business is by referral.

Nina Hanson

Nina Hanson Nina Hanson was born in Watertown, New York into a military family and has lived on both coasts, overseas and finally moved to Lewisville, Texas in 1999. She began with the Tom Team in July of 2007 as an administrative assistant.

While working in this capacity, she graduated from University of North Texas in Denton in December of 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate. Nina received her real estate license in March of 2010 and at that time was welcomed as a partner and buyer’s agent for the Tom Team.

Her commitment, attention to detail and ability to put people at ease makes her a favorite with all of our clients. Tom is excited to have her on board as now they can both specialize in doing what each does best!
